Ready to take your Horror, Sci-Fi, or Fantasy stories to the next level? 💡

#PitchItTillYouMakeIt at Wench Film Festival is your chance!  We are stoked to announce that this year we have many international Judges for our 3rd edition hence we will NOT have a Physical Pitch session in 2025 but instead a recorded one. Once selected you will have a week to submit your 5 Minute Video Pitch. More instructions of the video will be given to the finalists. We also understand how tiring it is to fill out forms for different platforms so we are keeping this very easy for you in the form of a LOI (Letter Of Intent).

 

The LOI should fit on one page and be around 500 words. It should have the following

  1. Logline or short synopsis

  2. Background on the film team: directors, producers and any key crew

  3. Information about the stage of the project

  4. Total budget amount and the financing raised so far (include a list of funding sources to date)

Please submit the LOI below as an attachment in a .pdf format.

  • Feature Length Only (Series Ok) - Horror / Sci Fi / Fantasy 

  • You don’t need a ready script at the time of pitching but its nice if you do in case you get a producer interested.    

  • Submission does not mean you have been selected for the pitch.

  • This is just an initial LOI and once selected you will have a week to submit a recorded 5 minute video pitch with a max of 3 minute visuals.
